Fresher Training:

Decipher also conducts in-house training programs for fresh students. The program was devised and developed specifically for foreign students by our mentor and Director of Training, Ms Arlette Pfahning, CMT. The program consists of a rigorous 4-6 months of classroom and lab training, after which the students undergo a few more months of "On The Job" training under the supervision of experienced MTs. Quality is the sacred word taught to all of the students.

Continuous Training Program:

All of our MTs and QAs undergo refresher programs at regular intervals, and as and when required by specific clients. Feedbacks and error corrections are minimized in quick time. Internal Quality audits are performed regularly, and each of the staff is evaluated regularly.

Speech Recognition Training:

Our staff is also trained in editing on Speech Recognition platforms, and has effectively provided some of its clients with some astounding results in productivity and accuracy.
